Opalique & Whitby Jet oblong pendant
A unique handmade solid sterling silver oblong pendant, summer blue Opalique stone which has been cut against the grain, allowing the normally unseen lined structure, which gives a totally different view of the stone, this summer blue sparkles & dazzles with flashes of blues, turquoises & greens.
The Jet stone had its own unique dark lustre & is gathered from the cliffs & shoreline around Whitby hand shaped, ground set & polished in my workshop
The pendant itself is a beautiful teardrop shape & made from Sterling 925 solid silver, it has a plain bail & a nice run of medium hallmarks on the side.
The chain itself is a nice quality oval curb weighing around 6grams & 18" long.
All our items are made with genuine Whitby Jet, gathered from the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline around Whitby. Comes in our branded jewellery boxes for gifting.
