Extended Christmas Returns
We want you to shop with confidence this Christmas.
Any jewellery purchased between 1st November and 24th December 2026 can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2027, giving you extra peace of mind when buying Christmas gifts.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
